[ To anyone who has seen Galen over the course of this insanity, it's worth noting that when he appears on the feed, he looks more... present, and more like himself, than he has in days. He also looks exhausted, but that's a little, tired smile on his face. ]

Hey, uh... I hope everybody's okay. [ His nose scrunches a little, edging his glasses back up. ] I, uh. I wanted to apologize in case I like... you know, weirded anyone out while I was... gassed up? Is that what happened? Uh -- and is anyone else... coming down, I guess? I feel like shit, but I don't like... see anything. Anymore.

[ He clears his throat, scratches his head. ]

You know there's no need. [ Still, it gets a little movement resembling a smile from her. ] Is everything alright?

Nnnnope, still grateful. [ A small, teasing smile. ] Yeah, getting there. How're you feeling?

I'll let it slide this time. [ Except that smile totally falters for a second at his question. She might even look a little embarrassed, maybe. Public outbursts aren't her style, usually. ] Like brand new. I'm...sorry for all that, Dad business.

Hey, don't worry about it. [ A little shrug. ] Not much different than what I was imagining, right? [ Except... God. But anyway. ]

So, uh -- does that mean we hallucinated Lucifer too?

Yeah, it's...a long story. [ Not really though, and it's not that different to anyone else's either. ]

Unfortunately, that one was real. I can f- well. I can tell. [ Keep the weird angel stuff to yourself Anna. ]

[ He'll let that go, though; pressing an angel about her God Feelings feels like a big no-no. ]

Oooof course. [ He scratches his head anxiously. ] I was told he's just as pants-shitting scary as he's always been made out to be, is that right?

[ Don't get this wrong, she would love to be able to answer that question with a 'no'. She's not going to lie to him though, that's for sure. ]

Look, he's said he'll leave the humans here alone so long as you don't mess with him. Lucifer's a lot of things but he's not a liar, if you don't antagonize him things will be fine.

[ For the angels? A slightly different story. Anna's still not sure how this one is going to pan out. ]

[ Hoo. He makes his next words as vague as possible; he kind of wants to know for sure about this Gabriel thing. ] Alright. I was just -- talking to Gabriel, and he said something about... sigils. Like, just in case.

[afallenstar]

Gabe told you about that? [ She's surprised, honestly. Kind of really proud that he's taking some sort of care of the people she likes (whether he knows it or not) but still surprised. ] There are ways of keeping angels out of houses, or hiding your location from them. I know them, but obviously they'll work for me too.

[ Heh. Awkward laugh. ] I can teach you how to banish them temporarily too, if you'd like?

[gleans]

[ A little laugh. ] I'll use my knowledge responsibly, promise. But -- yeah, that'd be great. Uh. Banish them where, though?

Just...away. Out of the area you're in, basically. It's not ideal for making friends, but if anyone [ i.e. Lucifer. ] threatens you, it'll work, if you've got enough time.

[ Talking about angel stuff with people still makes her feel weird, so forgive her if she seems a little uncomfortable. It was almost easier when he thought he was seeing his mom, at least then the sympathy outweighed the awkward. ]

I'll show you how to do them. The others too. The hiding..I'll explain when I see you. It's- it's a bit grim.

[ That gets a quick nod in response. ] I'll sort out the protection sigils on the house, just let me know when you've got a second and we can go through the rest.

Any time, Banana. [ He grins a little. Kenzi is rubbing off on him. ] And that goes for visits, too, if you ever wanna just... hang out. [ Because they are still friends, weird angel shit aside. ]

[ Definitely rubbing off on him, but it makes her smile a little all the same. ] I'll keep that in mind. I'll uh, give you more notice than last time though, promise.

[ She doesn't make the habit of just popping up unannounced, honest. Just, when it is important, that's all. ]
