I am twenty decades old. There is no upper limit on my lifespan. Parts of me may need to be replaced or repaired, but barring irreparable damage or positronic failure, I could in theory live for a very good deal longer. I have no desire to cease functioning, until I have satisfied myself that my self-appointed tasks are complete. Though if I did not function I would not be aware of my failure, I nevertheless do not wish it and would choose to save myself if possible.

[This is unusually philosophical for him, and yet at the same time, deeply logical.]

Do you refer to a belief in an afterlife?
