It depends on what you are used to. Food is a bit scarce, but some of us hunt or fish, others farm and gather, and between all of us, no one goes hungry.

[ They may not be full or have what they want, but no one goes hungry, and Raphael makes sure the children have enough to eat. ]

Food is the main concern, winter will make it worse but we'll manage.

Medical care is a bit limited, so if you are injured or unwell it's best to speak up sooner than later - smaller problems are easier to take care of.

What clothing we have is what we have so it's important to take care of your belongings.

[ It's gentle and Raphael tries to make it sound less daunting. ]
