[ The camera turns on just as Jesse mops a hand over his face, tiredly or some such. It's been a long day and it's quiet, the too kind of quiet that he can't find himself really handling all too well. ] So, uh. I was thinkin'.

[ What was he thinking? He takes a nervous drag off a cigarette as his hand comes back to settle on the back of his neck instead, and he earnestly regards the camera. ]

Anyone feel like doin' somethin'? Guess this place doesn't have, y'know, anything real cool. Like go karts or movies or whatever. Guess there's nothin' on the tube but static. [ Which he's been watching for the last hour, but that's nobody's business. ]

I don't know, this place got board games or anything? What's, uh. What's anyone gotta do for fun around here, am I right?

[ Jesse snorts, a mirthless laugh. ] I motherfuckin' wish. Man, I'm down to three of 'em, and that's a lotta rationing 'em out, let me tell ya.

You're stronger than I am. [Talking about them only makes her want one more, so an abrupt change of conversation. She's a little peppy, but not the kind that makes you want to reach through the device and strangle her.] Do you do yoga?

It ain't easy. Guess I had practice with bein' without. [ Something else entirely, that is, but he's not gonna get too into that with her here. ]

[ The second question broadsides him though, and there's a full few seconds before he finally answers, the 'duh' practically apparent in his voice. ] Do I look like a guy that does yoga?

I'm no addict, I can generally go without. But they remind me of someone -- plural, I guess. Someones. Creature comfort, I suppose. [She's more open about herself, but only just enough.]

I wasn't aware that yoga had a look. Tai chi then, maybe?

[ There's a shrug in his voice. ] You're better off without, place like this. Your someones would be pretty screwed if they found themselves ended up here. I know for sure I did.

Yeah, it's gotta look like some hippie with a mat tucked under his arm, is what look. [ Or so he assumes. ] The hell is tai chi.

Frankly, I'd enjoy watching them on edge. [She's the kind of friend you want to make, clearly!] I might be able to make some, anyway.

Not everyone that does yoga is a scrawny hippie. I can attest to this on a personal level. [Uh, how to describe it?] It's a martial art. It's sort of like karate with meditation mixed in.

[ That does drag a bit of a chuckle out of him. ] Steely broad, ain'tcha? How you mean make? You gotta tobacco plant hidden away I don't know about?

Lemme guess: You're a yoga kinda person? [ Color him genuinely surprised, actually. She doesn't seem like she likes worshiping crystals and new age music, that's about his idea of yoga people. ] Oh yeah? That one actually sounds pretty cool. [ Mostly the fighting. ] Ya know that one too, I'm guessin'?

Hm. Does anyone feel like doing anything? Well, gosh, it's an awful specific question, I don't know if you'll have any luck unless you could find some way to make it a little broader.

Wouldn't be doing much good hiding if I tell you about it now, would it? [But she means magic, at the very least. And we all know it's the nicotine, not the tobacco that hits the spot...]

I am in fact a yoga kinda person. And yeah, I do. They're both useful in my line of work.

I been drawing t'pass the time. [ Jesse tells him, shifting. He looks a little better than the last time they talked, at least. ] I - oh, ay. I still got spray paint, too. You ever used spray paint? [ That might be the start of a smile on Jesse's face. You know you wanna graffiti the place up with him, Pinkman. ]

You didn't happen to find a hidden stash of cigarettes somewhere, did you?

[Because he'd literally trade just about anything for one right now.]

[ Definitely the nicotine, though also something he's gotten forcibly weaned off of by now, more or less. It's more the chain smoking and the action of it he's missing, habitual, than the actual cigarettes. ] Well, come on, ya can't hold out on a guy.

[ The minute sarcasm, the dig at his colloquialisms, however, is totally lost on him. ]

[ And gestures to her then, a raise of his chin. ] What kinda line'a work's that anyway?

[ But he lights up a little at the mention of paint, a quirk of a smile starting at his mouth. ] For serious, you get that stuff here?

[ The latter gets a huff of a laugh, though, something sarcastic and maybe a little woeful. ] Nnnnnope. No such luck 'round here. The whole food in the boxes thing, you 'round for that? They had a few packs layin' around. Kinda stocked up for a while. [ Not so stocked anymore. ]
