[Balthazar's pretty good with ritual in general, and may in fact have picked up a few things other angels aren't aware he knows.

After a quick search of the cabinets, he returns.] You'll have to come up with a workaround for hyssop, but I do seem to have basil and rosemary, and I know there are alder trees by the water, and wild nettles all over the wood.

Of course, there's also the possibility that this reality is so encapsulated any summoning attempt will fail, but you'll have thought of that already I'm sure.
