There's an envelope (which sadly were the only ones the Doctor could find so quickly) dropped off at each door of the town. On the front of the envelope is a rush scribble of To all housemates.
On the inside there's a piece of paper,

[ooc: Yes, the Doctor used WWII propaganda slogans. Next Monday, day 73, the Doctor will be debuting as Time Lord Victorious. I'm going to hand wave some things due to time and trying to push this plot a little faster. If there's anything you'd like to discuss, feel free to leave in the comments. I'm going to assume the Doctor has talked/collaborated some with Tony Stark, Gabriel (remember that 3am meeting he threatened?), and Jubilee.]
