[It only took him a moment to get some towels, and he came back in a moment with them.]

We are all quite well here, considering the circumstances. Please do have a seat, Agent Carter. Can I get you something to drink?

[She nodded her thanks and took the towels and the offered seat, shaking her head to the offer of something to drink. From the pouch on her belt, she pulled out a folded up set of papers and handed them over to him before she started cleaning her knife. She's confident he can read the parts in her scrawl.]

I didn't see anything alarming, but I thought you might want to read over them yourself to make sure.

[Taking the papers, Daneel starts reading her comments over. It doesn't take him long.]

I'm not sure my own judgement should count for much on the subject of my own brain. If I were seriously affected, I might not be rational enough to see anything amiss. Still, thank you, Agent Carter. This is very helpful.

Have you noticed anything lately to cause any more concern?

No. I haven't noticed any aberrations in my behaviour. Granted, these are unusual circumstances, and I doubt Dr. Fastolfe foresaw a situation like this when he designed my brain. Still, I answered truthfully, and if you saw nothing that alarmed you, that's very reassuring.

[He smiles a little, more for her benefit.]

[It astounds her how human he is. More human even than the Vision. Steve would have liked him.]

And Kobra is safe. That's good. Though I suppose I should warn you - he and Kenzi have decided that I'm some sort of nemesis of theirs and have decided to do the exact opposite of most things I tell them to do. And seeing as how most of what I tell them is along the lines of "stay safe and don't do anything stupid," I think they might be trying stupid stuff that can get them hurt.

[Here you go, kids. Have a babysitter who doesn't sleep and might have had his brain tampered with. It'll be fine. Eh. They'll most likely live. Probably.]

I'm not acquainted with Kenzi, but I certainly wouldn't let Kobra do anything unsafe. I would prefer not to let anyone be hurt, particularly those I'm privileged to call my friends. Kobra falls into that category.

From what I've gathered, they intend to run around in spandex and capes and try to gain superpowers.

And Kobra's brother has arrived, I hear.
