[The video finally crackles through, there's a lot of movement in the background, though the large shady shapes can't clearly be identified. Logan looks a little bit rougher and more unkempt than usual and is that... blood on his face? Maybe.]

What? Why do you want Banner by the box? Where is he now?

He and Mina think they might have found a clue about the box, but they have to get to the box. I'd like you and Natasha to help me cover them while they work. It has to be at night.

Should I hold off with the plans until you take a bath?

[He's definitely distracted by the pacing shadows around him, and then a big black nose snuffles into the view of the video, taking up the whole screen before disappearing.]

Cover? Cover for what?

For them to work with the box.

If Steve's trapped in there, Logan, we have to do everything we can to get him out.

[And yes, she doesn't have any evidence Steve is inside, but she can hope, can't she? And she has to try.]

Hm? Dogs? This pack hasn't been near the town, so, no, I- [A sound, or movement, that the camera doesn't catch seems to grab Logan's attention and he stares attentively at something, tilting his head to sniff a few times, the 'dogs' that had been milling around in the background still long enough, also staring in the same direction, to be easily made out on the video. Whatever has their attention seems to be nothing and the wolves start wandering around again and Logan looks back at the camera.] So what exactly do you need me to do?

Something's in the box. I don't know if it's good or not. But if there's a chance that Steve's in there, being tortured, then yeah, I'm going to try-

He also didn't particularly want to head back into the town and that made him a little grumpier than usual. The only thing stopping him from telling Sharon where to shove it was the mention of Steve. He owed that guy... even if it wasn't his Steve.

The woods again? [He looked to the side as a wolf gave him a grown and he bared his teeth back at it then went back to focusing on the video.] Why do you wanna do that?

[Oh, Logan. It isn't what she was hoping for, but she'll go with it. It doesn't hurt that Logan looks more like a hobo than usual.]

One Avenger put up a fight. I want them to see what a team of them will do. And if possible, I want to track down the people who are doing this and make them pay.

[There's a low rumbling growl, and it might take a moment before it was obvious that it was coming from Logan and not one of the wolves.]

Yer sounding a lot like a SHIELD agent today, Shar. You don't think that an attack is exactly what they're most defended against? They know what we can do and they're ready for it. Your plan is... it's fucking stupid, Sharon. I've said it from the beginning, what we need to do is surprise them, somehow get them out here, on the same level as us. Fighting their machines won't do shit...

... but I'll fucking go along, 'cause I don't want to feel the guilt I'll get if I sit back and let you all get slaughtered without being there to at least try and stop it. [He's obviously biting back a few more things and eventually just shakes his head.]

Whatever. Just know I'm completely against it.

[This jaw, Logan? The one Sharon has? Yeah, it might appear fuzzy on the small screen, and you might not be able to see it, but there's officially a vein thumping away there.] And how do you want to surprise them, Logan? To lure them here? They're prepared for us. Fine. They'll be prepared if we try to trap them, too. So if you think I'm just going to sit around and not do all that I can to get out of here, then you're nuts. They've made mistakes already. We have to push. We have to try. And if we're supposed to plan, then I need a better idea of what we're dealing with.

Can't be prepared for the unexpected. Pretty sure they're expecting us to go out there and try an' fight our way out. If we get some brains on our side, some actual thought to a plan, maybe we'll catch 'em, but this.... this is a 'plan' that I'd probably come up with. I thought they paid you the big bucks 'cause you were strategic and shit. Rushing in and hopin' they're not in the mood to kill any of us really stinks like desperation.
