Can anyone fuckin' tell me how Loki for Tasha is a fair trade? Cos I ain't seein' it. She wouldn't just up 'n leave so it's gotta be somethin' else. Does anyone remember any videos of either of 'em bein' nabbed or somethin'? [ He fiddles a little with her SHIELD identification card that he found left behind in her room. There were also a couple knives that he'd made sure to pocket. ]

Coming from a man who seems to make death threats as an affectionate gesture it's astonishingly difficult to tell, but it did become rather clear to me somewhere in the midst of that statement regarding trades and relative degrees of fairness. Death threats are always a good ice-breaker when it comes to certain people. What can I say? [ Clint shrugs with an annoyed look on his face. ] Look? The reason no one has even tried to put a cap in your ass is cos some people think you can help us out.

[ The bow catches her attention. She could use someone who knows how to use a bow — or, a bow that isn't some strange fae magic thing made half out of dreams and half out of lightning, or however it is these things work.

...I'm sorry to hear that she's gone. [ They hadn't met, but from what little she'd heard, the other woman had been amazingly competent. It's fine. Natasha wasn't built for continuous social interactions. [ Clint took in a deep breath, smirking a tad bit at that and shrugging. ] Being trapped in a town with y'all wasn't the biggest concern for her.
