I don't suppose anyone here knows anything about swordfighting? I could really use a fencing partner. I feel like I should really stay in practice but it's hard to do that by yourself. Normally I'd suggest foils, so no one gets hurt, but... well, I don't see why we couldn't manage to make up a couple of wooden swords, for lack of anything else.

Hadn't worked that out yet. A couple improvised wooden swords, if nothing better presents itself. I'm sure there's a broom handle somewhere or other we can sacrifice. It won't have the weight, but... it'll do. Unless you have a better idea? I'm all ears, if you do.

Right. Because sword fighting is such a useful skill with many real-world applications besides killing people. We should definitely be putting time and effort into learning this modern hobby with the overabundance of swords at our disposal.

It can. [She looks away from the camera to examine her nails.] But isn't there a higher risk of injury to someone untrained? Their time would be better spent doing cardio and weight training. Easier. More effective as a workout. Not totally pointless.

Look, if you're not interested, it's no skin off my nose. Go do something else to fill your time. But seeing as how this is my time to fill, and I need to do something or go completely around the bend, I might as well use it to stay in practice in case we need to fight our way out.
