Hi. My name's Bruce Banner. I'm a doctor and a scientist. Not to flood everyone with information or to alarm anyone, I feel like I need to say a few things.

If you could gather up the medicine you find in your house and bring it to the pharmacy in the middle of the town, that'd be appreciated. You're welcome to keep a small supply of your typical things, like aspirin, but it'd be a good idea to centralize everything else.

Clearly whoever was living here left in a hurry. Keep an eye on yourselves for signs of illness, including radiation sickness, in case there was a biological reason for the evacuation. Nausea and vomiting are going to be your first indicators that something could be wrong radiation-wise.

I could make a Geiger counter or something similar to test the radiation levels, but I need some electronic parts, and I can't seem to find any except for these cameras. And I don't really recommend taking those apart unless you like getting electrocuted and blacking out.

[That had been fun, and by fun he means he was incredibly grateful that he hadn't Hulked out.]

If you find any parts that don't give you a shocking experience, could we share?

None of those are symptoms and if they were, they would've happened already. We're past the point of serious concern here and are mainly looking at some upset stomachs.

Really, there's no need to panic. Whatever happened, we clearly showed up after things were serious.

But how do you know they're not symptoms? How many radiation bombs have you lived through? This could be some kind of nuclear warfare site and we could all drop down dead with ooze coming out every orifice.

... And the name's Donna, by the way.

[One! And it sucked. Good thing Bruce's life is spent thinly keeping a straight face already.]

Radiation's actually a specialty of mine, as is nuclear physics, and I promise, oozing to death doesn't factor into either.

It's in all the movies. Blistering skin that melts off, insides oozing out onto the floor. Maybe we're all guinea pigs for testing new drugs or gases or sommat - you hear about these things!

If it makes you feel any better, this robot and someone else -- robot state as yet unknown -- said they would be dead already with the slightest radiation. So we're good!

[He really hopes she can calm down. He's a second away from leading their through a breathing ritual.]

Robot? Seriously? Oh you have got to be kidding me!

I am not. On a scale of 0 to widespread kidnapping of people from multiple universes, I'd say robots are about a seven.

I'm in a coma. It's the only explanation. I'm in a coma. And my head has created a weirdy sci-fi flick to help me cope.

That's not the first time I've heard that theory, actually, but I'm pretty sure you're wrong. The robot guy seems really nice?

The robots are always nice until they malfunction and kill everyone!

[He looks very seriously and very soothingly into his communicator. There can be a lot of calm in these eyes when he wants there to be.]

We're going to be okay.

[noblexcompanion]

[ Deep breaths! ]

Course. We'll be fine. Until the robots kill us.

Well, let's not get out the pitchforks just yet. Actually, let's not get out the panic just yet. I'll let you know when to get that out.

I'm not panicking. I'm not. This is my calm face!
