That would be the assumption, yes. The afterlife generally holds a bunch of the dead.

Well, to be very honest with you, I'm not sure. I seem to be alive now, but I very clearly remember being shot. I guess I won't know for sure. What you're saying is that you're dead as well? Or... alive-dead - Schrödinger's dead.

On the other hand, I'm fairly sure this isn't the afterlife, so that's kind of a moot point.
