He almost looks amused. ]

[ His voice is pleasant, neither too high nor too deep. He sounds friendly. ]

You'll have to excuse my brevity, but I'm very busy right now and I don't have time for the usual games.

[ His tone never changes, it remains light and subtly apologetic. ]
