[ Because Jesse's life is awesome, the communicator comes on accidentally. And thankfully, he's not doing anything dumb! Just sleeping, which isn't so embarrassing on its own, but in the two minutes that the communicator is on, he sort of snore-snorts, and fidgets in his sleep, turning so that the comm isn't on his drooling face. Instead, there's a nice view of the wall, and faint mumbling. Mostly nonsensical words and sentences, with the occasional curse word or two.

And then something off-screen, a loud thump or something, jolts him awake. For a second the camera waves wildly, and then stills. ] Jesus Christ. [ A mutter comes from somewhere above the communicator, and then Jesse's face comes back into view. ] Oh, awesome, fuckin' great. Uh, hey. [ He grumbles. ] So I dunno how long this was on for but now y'all know what I look like sleeping, good for you. Make sure if y'sell the video you give me a third of the profit.

... Guess while I got this up, I'd better say hey, m'not crazybrained anymore. Hooray for me. Also, who do I gotta blow for some cigarettes 'round here? Are we completely out? And - no, actually, that's it. So yeah.

[ With a sigh, he turns the feed off, but he mumbles as he does: ] Least I weren't jerking off or something, stupid fuckin' -- [ Click. ]

[ This is just Galen peeking in the door and giggling in his cackly way. He leans the side of his face on the doorframe, brings his mug up to take a sip. ]

I can't name a single tattooed ex-thug who's even half as fuckin' adorable as you.

[ Jesse rolls over off his face and throws a pillow at Galen. It lands... nowhere near him. ]

Ugh, adorable makes me lose street cred, songbird. [ rollroll ] Why ain't you in bed and snuggling my adorable ass?

We're in like, fake Maine, there is no street cred. [ Still, he comes inside, picks up that pillow. ] Not all of us are part cat. I, um -- I spent way too much time in here this week, anyway. [ He plops down to sit on the bed, offers his mug. ]

Says you, you ain't got street cred t'begin with. [ He buries his face back in his pillow. ] Yeah, well, I ain't slept in a week, I think part-cat is well deserved. [ He yawns, and then peeks up at the offered mug. ] What's that?

[ A beat. ] You still feeling good?

[ The blowing's not really required. He's take a few cookies or something, but since it's on offer... ]

[ Snort, as he pulls his hood up over his nasty bedhair. ] Nnno. Even if it would be a ten second job, there's a lotta things wrong with that. [ He's teasing! It's just... so much easier, when Kobra looks like he does. ]

[ He shakes the half-pack he found in a pew in the church in front of the camera. ]

[ o gawd, give to him. ] Yeah, fuck yeah I want, I ain't had 'em in - in a week. [ He'd chainsmoked the ones he'd had on the second day of hallucinations, because they'd calmed him down. He's practically physically itching for one. ]

[ Oh, hey! Anna! Jesse grins a bit when she comes on the screen, still mostly smooshed against the pillow. He yawns, and is promptly startled out of the yawn, because -- ]

Whoa whoa, Lucifer? Like uh, prince of darkness, Satan Lucifer? [ Well, she is an angel. ] Holy shit, what? Since when?

[ Jesse immediately looks awkward, like as if that moment was supposed to exist in a void and they were to never talk of it again. That's how normal people rocked emotions, right? ]

Man, for real? You find some? I asked all up and down this place and didn't nobody have anything. [ He pauses a beat, rubbing a bit of a shaking hand against his neck. ] Hey, if you wanna give some up, I sure as shit ain't gonna say no. How you doin'?

[ Don't worry, Pinkman, Jesse's about as awkward with it, but he's determined to make it up to the guy, because that was the shittiest first meeting he's had in a long time. ] Yeah, Kobra said he'd hand some over for junk food, so. I'll bring some by.
