[ Dean thought long and hard before he decided to do this, and even now he's not sure he should; half the people he remembers doing things to basically deserved it, but Chuck didn't, and that vampire guy with the rice didn't, and Cas... He's trying not to think about what he did to Cas. It's better that way. He's freaked that the whole trickster vibe went to his head the way it did, and he's freaked how quickly he settled right into it. The saddest, most pathetic freaking thing about it is that he can't remember being that happy in a long time.

Apologies aren't really... things... he likes to do, so he's not going to issue a general one. He's had a whole night to feel sick to his stomach, and he's spent most of today putting alcohol into that stomach, and now he's bolstered enough to sort of kind of vaguely dance around the idea that he's maybe kind of sorry for what he did.

He's sitting in the bar, and he reaches to pick up his beer again as he looks down into the feed. ]

The problem's not so much that they hate me, more that they hate me and are angels and they're going to string me up and probably like, turn my lungs inside out after Gabriel has me hallucinate being in a Japanese game show.

Woah, wow, that is oddly specific. Okay, no. First of all, aren't angels supposed to be kind of big on the forgiveness thing? And secondly, I can talk my way out of any sticky situation so just call me.

Oddly specific and... some of it might've already happened. Hate to break it to you, sweetheart, but angels are only big on one thing: themselves. Most of them don't give a rat's ass about anything other than what they want.

[ Raphael has a lot of feelings about humanity or some shit but it's all brainwashy mindwashing bullshit about how everyone would be better off as some sheep up in Heaven, and while maybe that some... whatever, Dean's not buying it, and he definitely doesn't think the angels' methods of coming after him and Sam to get the apocalypse rolling had been very kosher at all. ]

Isn't that kind of the opposite of everything they tell you in church? No, I'm legit asking. We barely went, and when we did go, I was either asleep or on the hunt for things to stab myself in the ears with.
