Sunuva- bitch.

[ The camera goes all screwy as Jesse pushes himself up, sits back on his knees and sweeps his hands off on each other. He doesn't seem to notice the camera's even on as he paws at himself and finally stands, swearing a few times under his breath as he does. Idly beats some gravel off his jeans. He sounds dumbfounded when he finally speaks again. ] I'm back here.

[ And the camera turns with him, a few confused steps before he throws his arms out to both sides, an irritated kind of shrug. ] I'm back- here. [ And his hand raises again, so he can first tap a finger against the screen, and then slap an angry palm against it a few times. He repeats, ] Sunuvabitch.

[ Then he finally fiddles with the buttons, intending to turn on the communicator, but, ] oh, [ it's already on. ] Ya wanna clue me in here? [ He glances around the area. ] Yo, anyone still out there?

I should probably let you settle back in to the town before I start asking you for lessons.

Cool. [ He says initially, but he changes his mind fast. ] No, you know what? I gotta girl I wanna talk to first, [ he whirls his finger around in a circle, ] but then we can start any time you want.

In that case, the sooner the better.

Yeah, you got it, my friend. I'll call you when I get a when? Better be ready to take notes.

[He pulls out a little spiral bound notebook and pen from his back pocket and gives Jesse a nod, waving the pen slightly.]

I'm always ready. I look forward to hearing from you.

[ Jesse almost snorts. Cute. He's got his own. ]

Now, if ya really want, wanna keep busy, ya can take a tour through the pharmacy they got goin' up in here, check out if they got any allergy pills. It'll say right on the box. Ya gotta look for, [ and he taps a finger against the side of the notebook, ] pseudoephedrine, provided they got it, alright? I can write it down if ya want.

I've got it. Pseudoephedrine...

[He scribbles something down in his nearly illegible handwriting -- it's debatable as to whether he spelled it right (he's never heard the word before, after all), and nobody besides him would be able to decipher his notes anyway, but at least he wrote it down.]

I'll look for it.

Alright, man, cool. Cool. [ He pinches his nose and nods his head a little, holds out his free one for a fist pound. ] I'll work on tryin' to rustle up some other shit - no promises, but it's worth a shot, yeah?

[He was holding out his own hand for a handshake, and just kind of stares at Jesse's hand confusedly, wondering what he's going for, here.]

[ Jesse doesn't move his hand, just looks between it and Meyer and wiggles it a little. ] Yo, ya tap it. [ He demonstrates, with his other fist. ]

[That's certainly an interesting custom. Whatever happened to just shaking hands? Oh well, he gives Jesse a little fistbump just the same, feeling utterly ridiculous.]

Ain't really. Guess they don't got that back in your day, huh?

Not as far as I know, but it's possible I'm out of touch with current trends.

Time to get with the times, time to get some good street cred here. That, uh. [ And he tugs a little at his own leather jacket, regards Meyer with a bit of a scratch on his nose. ] That outfit? Ain't really workin' it for ya.

Yeah? What would you suggest?

[It's just jeans and a t-shirt. What could possibly be wrong with that?]

I can't wear my suit everywhere, as much as I'd like to.

Ay, you gotta suit? [ Of course he's got a suit, Jesse, have you never read a history book in your life - ] Rockin' the OG, man, ya oughta do it more often. Know there ain't much room for clothes choice 'round here.

I'm saving the suit for the nights we're running the poker game. I'd like to keep it looking nice.

[If only he had more suits. He can't stand these 'modern' clothes.]

Gotta couple'a jackets back at my place. Ain't like I'm gonna wear 'em. Ya want?

That depends on what they look like.

Man, I don't know, they look like suits. [ Like he knows anything about suits. ] Ya can check 'em out some time if you wanna.

[ Man, Meyer, though, you are gonna owe him. ]

[He's not innocent enough to think that that kind of offer would come without expecting a favor in return.]

You think they'd fit me?

[He's also not unaware of the fact that he's short with extremely broad shoulders. That can make finding jackets that fit difficult.]

Hell if I know. Don't fit me right. [ And he shrugs his shoulders, pulls at his jacket a little to show off some more that, yeah, he is a scrawny kind of bit of a thing. ] Can't know until ya try, right?

Sure, I can try them. Maybe when I come over to get my chemistry lessons.

[That's what he's going to call them now. It sounds a little more dignified than "lessons in how to make drugs."]

[ Jesse kind of smirks at the irony. He, however, scarcely knows what acting dignified's like. ] Hell yeah, bitch, school's in session and Mr. Pinkman's ready to teach the hell outta you.

[ He's a regular Mr. White. Except not fucking insane. But at least teaching Meyer isn't gonna be anything so nerve-shattering as teaching the goddamn cartel. ]

[And Meyer's a quick learner, but he's not going to brag about it, so Jesse'll just have to find it out for himself.]

Like I said, it's been a long time since I've been in school, but I don't recall any of my teachers telling me they'd "teach the hell outta me." I might've stayed in school longer if they did.
