[Jubilee looks fresh as a daisy. Her hair's up and washed. She's munching on something. Her feet kick up behind her.

For those that are really observant, though, there's the faintest trace of red in her eyes, and just the hint of strain around her mouth.

She at least swallows her mouthful before speaking.]

Logan is gone. I still have the pups, but he's... he's gone.

If any of the newcomers are lookin' for a place to stay, I've got a spare room. Bonus if you know how to cook.

From all that I've seen lately, I wouldn't be surprised if you did.

[ He hugs her awkwardly, as though affection on this level is foreign. All he's had to learn from is Raven - and later Erik - and this is a little confusing. But he pats her back lightly and tries not to spontaneously combust. ]

[She doesn't say what she normally does. She bites if someone asks nice. Jubilee doesn't think that'll be a good idea.

Sitting here, though, reminds her of happier times. They need to get together for a chess game.]

It's all right, Jubilee. I'm aware of how lonely this place could be. You shouldn't be afraid to come to me if you're in need of a bit of company.

[ He laughs at that. ] We'll see.

You say that now. But Scott, Logan, Kurt, Jean, Emma, Warren, Hank. They've all suddenly woken up and sprouted a Jubilee. I love my snuggles.
