[Ellen doesn't look real happy. She's not, but normally she's a bit better at hiding it.]

New batch is out of the still but it's weaker than the last one. If anyone wants a bottle, stop by and pick it up.

[She sips water out of a glass. She's got other things to say.]

We're going to need things to run through the still. Rice, oats, cornmeal, frozen fruit, anything that can be run through the still.

If you find anything in the forest, dandelions can be used to make wine, too.

[She almost turns it off, but stops for a second.]

Also, got a haunch of venison, if anyone's willin' to trade for it.

[There's so many. And she hasn't started on the ceiling yet.]

I borrowed a couple pieces from there. Figured protecting at least one place would be a good idea.

And she walked right in the front door. She's still there.

Oh there is more than one place.

[ Just not typical places. Most would assume the church, they would assume wrong. ]

She causing trouble?

Not really. Mostly threatening the bar.

Hey, she destroys the bar, she's gotta explain to everyone why I'm not manning the still any more, and where the alcohol went. Not my problem.

Which is a good point. I'm sure Castiel will collect her eventually.

[ And how he hates that. ]

[And that sits horribly in her throat.]

Gave her a bottle of the moonshine to keep her occupied.

[No, she's not smirking at all. Nope. But there might be a malicious glee in her eyes.]

Eh, that seems unnecessarily complex. Working the still with holy water works, for now.

[She wrinkles her nose at the mess.]

Gonna have to scrub the bar down.

A couple bottles, corks, tubing, whatever you want to make fizz, vinegar and baking soda. Basic grade school science project really.

At least the floors are sealed?

And wasting resources we don't have at the moment. We're gonna end up rendering animal fat for soap, if we don't get some supplies soon.

[Which is something she's not looking forward to.]

I think. Looking for paint to make the symbols permanent anyway. Did the chalk for placement. Gotta get salt from the sea and paint it into the window sills and lintels.

It would waste less resources to lay iron across them, unless you wanted to be very patient.

We might have some leftover nails, but I need to look. Salt's easier right now. And I have nothing to do but be patient.

If you can get plastic sheeting, it's simple to set up evaporation pits. Which means clean water plus salt.

Got a shovel. Rocks are easy to come by.

They are. I tend to be down along the beach at some point of each day.

You find any shells down there? We're thinking of painting some things.

There are many, though most not intact, if that is of import for your purposes. I have requirements for both intact and crushed shells.

Paints and pigments, if I remember right. So, intact isn't a big deal.

Then there are many. I trust you know how to use onion skins and other garage pieces?
