[Video] Tony Stark | 001
[So, the feed will open to a very, very unimpressed face. Oh so very unimpressed. However, that face might be a little battered and bruised, maybe even slightly bleeding, but it's still obvious how undeniably unimpressed he is. After a moment of silent staring, his dark eyes narrow a fraction, adding mild agitation to the blasé expression. He is well aware this is some form of broadcast, and by the looks of it, it's an open feed, but he really doesn't care if he's making people uncomfortable. He's uncomfortable, and therefore, everyone else should be too.]
Really? No, I mean really? [He also might be a bit tightly wound. He's had a rough day. Understatement of the century, right there.] You should teach your goons not to aim for the face. It's my meal ticket. And honestly? I didn't expect to wake up in such nice accommodations. Actually, I was thinking more like a basement or a dungeon or even tied to a chair. But this is creative, I'll give you that.
[He pauses, thinking over the events and his current situation. It just doesn't seem to fit. This isn't AIM. The introduction said something about a Science Center in Cape Kore. He also sincerely doubts the evil twit has a reason to keep him alive. So, unless he's missing a chunk of time, he's just flat stumped. The injuries disprove the 'missing time' theory, however. So, back to posturing at his captor.]
And if you think this little flair of hospitality will make me any more cooperative, you have another thing coming, Killian. By the way, telling me not to escape will only make me try harder. [He gets ready to cut the feed, only to hesitate, brows knitted together in contemplation.] And P.P.S., this cell model is out of date. [Take that Aldrich! The feed is promptly cut thereafter.]

You, um, you weren't here when we made the switch to the science center. Neither was I. We both disappeared when everyone was still back at the Cape, this little village where we all lived after being brought here by the machine.

[He inclines his head, looking expectantly at the screen.] I'd rather have this talk in person if that's possible. Not that the whole public video thing isn't handy, but y'know.
[But, y'know, there's an evil demigod hanging around the network, and from what he's figured out, these videos aren't very private at the moment. There's probably a way to lock them, but he'd still rather talk to Bruce in person.]

[ The request doesn't seem all that weird to Bruce, who also has more experience with Loki not being that much of a troublemaker. But he's bracing himself to be near Tony again. ]

[Yeah, go right ahead and try to tell Tony that Loki's been well-behaved. Someone obviously didn't eavesdrop on their conversation. The guy's deliberately set Tony off more times in that conversation than when he actually tried to take over the world.
So, he got up and decided to give finding Narnia a try, stepping out of his room and into the hallway.]
If I get incredibly and hopelessly lost, I expect a search party out looking for me. [He's joking. Probably.]
no subject
[ He is not joking, though he's trying to pass it off like he is. Self-conscious, he looks away from the screen, like he's trying to cover up a laugh; really, if he's laughing, it's just at himself. ]
There are plenty of empty labs, by the way. You could claim one.
(I'm... really not sorry. XD)
Oh Brucey, I didn't know you'd miss me that much. So, how long were we here together?
And how would I go about claiming one?
[He kept his eyes up, navigating the moody maze. Both eyebrows lifted towards his hairline with surprise when it didn't take long to make it to the lab. He opened the door and leaned in.]
Honey, I'm home.
omg don't be
He stands up straighter, and his eyes travel over Tony just to make sure he's real. His hands are clenched in front of him. ]
It was over two months, by the way. That we were here together.
[ It doesn't sound like a lot of time, but it felt much longer; they went through a couple Hulk rampages and everyone dreamwalking, and Tony turning into a vampire. It was enough time for Tony to help Bruce start to reconsider the way he looks at himself and thinks of himself. ]
It's good to see you again, Tony.
<3
Two months, huh? I'm sure a lot can happen in two months. ...especially when I'm feeling cooped up. [It honestly isn't as suggestive as it might sound coming from him. He's simply referring to his compulsive need to build. He's completely unaware of what it might sound like from Banner's pov.]
[Then he squints at Banner carefully, trying to figure out the answer to some great question he hasn't voiced yet.] Good to see me? Usually, those who know me as well as you do sigh irritably when I step into the room--Well, you know, before I dazzle everyone with whatever it is I'm about to say and they really don't have any other choice but to be in awe. Are we sure you aren't a Pod Person?

[ He's sure that Tony doesn't know what it sounds like he's saying, but Bruce doesn't appreciate the doubt that he and Tony might have been a thing because Tony was just bored and Bruce was interesting. He has to shake his head to recover from that one, just in time for Tony to accuse him of being a pod person. Ha. ]
Usually, those people aren't trapped in a giant facility under the benevolent guidance of a mysterious machine. And besides, people don't usually like to see me walk into a room either. [ So they should stick together, obviously. ]
no subject
Again, still not on the same page, and truthfully, even if they had been, he would have chosen his words better. Much, much better. Tony doesn't start a fling because he's bored. He sticks to one-nighters when he's bored. Any repeats are actually a sign of something much more frightening to the engineer. Anything involving actual attachment? Well, that's a major step for him. He doesn't get attached to much of anything at all.]
Hey, now. Plenty of people are pleased to see you step into a room. It's not you they're afraid of. [But yes, they probably should. Y'know, just to be safe. Not because Tony enjoys the man's company. Nope. Totally not the reason.]
But I guess you're right. You seem... pretty you. [He squints just slightly.] But I'm watching you, Banner. [He's joking. Well, in the context of considering him a pod person.]
no subject
The logical part of him wants to say no. He's trying to ignore the emotional side. Tony just doesn't remember, and Bruce doesn't feel like he should remind him. What's he going to say? By the way, we were dating and I miss you? ]
Better you than all of SHIELD and a dozen countries' militaries. [ While he tries to act normal, his smile is a little too soft, a little too fond, and he turns away from him. ]
Any other questions you want me to answer for your orientation?
Bruce, you're so precious! I can't! <3
I'm way better than SHIELD and we both know it. That's why they were afraid to have me in their little boy band. I'd crack them wide open. Y'know, so long as we hang out, SHIELD can't get close to you or the other guy. I got this.
Uh... [He makes a bit of a face in thought.] Just one: Food. Where do we find snacks around here? Vending machine?
