[Video] Tony Stark | 001
[So, the feed will open to a very, very unimpressed face. Oh so very unimpressed. However, that face might be a little battered and bruised, maybe even slightly bleeding, but it's still obvious how undeniably unimpressed he is. After a moment of silent staring, his dark eyes narrow a fraction, adding mild agitation to the blasé expression. He is well aware this is some form of broadcast, and by the looks of it, it's an open feed, but he really doesn't care if he's making people uncomfortable. He's uncomfortable, and therefore, everyone else should be too.]
Really? No, I mean really? [He also might be a bit tightly wound. He's had a rough day. Understatement of the century, right there.] You should teach your goons not to aim for the face. It's my meal ticket. And honestly? I didn't expect to wake up in such nice accommodations. Actually, I was thinking more like a basement or a dungeon or even tied to a chair. But this is creative, I'll give you that.
[He pauses, thinking over the events and his current situation. It just doesn't seem to fit. This isn't AIM. The introduction said something about a Science Center in Cape Kore. He also sincerely doubts the evil twit has a reason to keep him alive. So, unless he's missing a chunk of time, he's just flat stumped. The injuries disprove the 'missing time' theory, however. So, back to posturing at his captor.]
And if you think this little flair of hospitality will make me any more cooperative, you have another thing coming, Killian. By the way, telling me not to escape will only make me try harder. [He gets ready to cut the feed, only to hesitate, brows knitted together in contemplation.] And P.P.S., this cell model is out of date. [Take that Aldrich! The feed is promptly cut thereafter.]

[Here's a familiar face. Familiar, and smiling, forefinger tap tap tapping on his lower lip.]
Not a name with which I'm familiar. Do tell.
[Which is to say: nice try, but not quite. Not precisely.]
Huh. This must be where Santa keeps his reindeer when it's off-season.
[He learned two very important things in this moment. 1) apparently Killian isn't behind this, so he has no idea what's going on, and 2) he might be in a little deeper than if Killian had been behind this if Loki's here.]
If not Killian, mind filling me in a bit there, Blitzen? And start with why you're not in the darkest cell Asgard has to offer.
[The smile has tightened, but not yet wavered.]
I was in a cell. Not for long. Simply until I was needed. Such are the fickle hearts of the Æsir — or perhaps simply the nature of the universe. How I came to be here, and what this place is, is a longer and more sordid tale by far. I doubt you'd care to hear it.
[Loki gives a dismissive gesture, a fussy fluttering of the fingers, but his eyes remain bright and focused. He knows something Tony doesn't, is the implication, and it is of course true simply by virtue of his having been here — having been anywhere at all — for much, much longer. The truth, though, is that he's testing the waters as much as he is deliberately muddying them. They come and they go and they come again. At times they remember. At others, they don't. Which is this, in truth?]
Then again, perhaps there are places along which our threads echo one another. An exchange of information might be valuable.
Then you'd be wrong. I'm interested.
[He was well aware of the implication, and he also had a feeling Loki wasn't about to give up that hold over him without some serious incentive. However, sometimes people--or crazy demigods in this case--surprise you. Stark raises an eyebrow, the gesture accepting but waiting for the other shoe to drop.]
An exchange? Sure. Within reason, obviously.

[ Welcome to Cape Kore, Tony. ]
[ video ]
Spam filter must've snatched it. [There's a light quirk of his lips that might be a touch of a smirk.] I guess that does increase the survival rate of torture victims for return visits. [The reply doesn't take much forethought, and is delivered with dry humour. He'll see your sarcasm and raise you an introduction.]
The name's Tony. The lovely brunette has a name, doesn't she? I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess you're probably not the head honcho, so that makes you another unwilling resident. [A pause before he feels the need to elaborate.] The gloating. You didn't do the gloating thing. It's a pivotal part of the 'evil captor' role.
[ video ]
[ Sarcasm? Who said anything about sarcasm? Okay, okay. There's a whole bunch of it. The last time Tony was here their personalities clashed in bad ways. But since he's asking her name, she's going to go out on a limb of her own and guess he doesn't remember his previous time here. Either that or he's a damn good actor. ]
The lovely brunette? She had a name once. Don't remember what is was. Me, on the other hand? I'm Meg. Freelance demon.
[ video ]
[He's ever subtle, and oh so modest. However, he can appreciate her sense of humour, even if he doesn't quite get the little quip about the brunette thing. And as of right now, he isn't quite buying the demon bit as an actual race. Not yet. For now, he'll just chalk it up to some kind alias.]

[Fortescue gives a small, dry wave with her free hand, her accent a posh British one to most ears. That's not what it's called back home. Just out of view is the black cat napping peacefully in her lap, as she sits on her bed with a bottle of... well, it's probably bourbon.]
Welcome to the 'Abducted' club. Predictably, we don't get t-shirts. Not unless yours is trashed somehow, and then on occasion this place is nice to you.
[She tends to have good luck because, on the whole, she likes it here. Compared to back home.]
no subject
There really should be t-shirts. At least a plaque or certificate. Who would we talk to about that?
no subject
[She's great at selling the place. Truly. But at least she has a light tone? It's something.]
Plaques would be a bit weighty to carry around, wouldn't they?
no subject
That's why they get mounted on walls. [He smirks briefly.] But you're right. T-shirts are far more practical, if a bit 'high school'.

[ At least Maria is hoping not. When she heard the name she had to think for a moment, the name flagging some recognition until she remembered why and what the connection to Stark was. Which also meant that this was a bad thing. If he thought that this was Killian... something more than scientific kidnapping was going on. Unless this was part of the science ]
video.
He snaps his fingers and points at the screen with his free hand upon realisation.]
Agent... something. From Fury's just-barely-airborne boat. Let me redesign those engines--he should have asked me to design them in the first place.
[But he waves a hand to cut off that topic, because there were other things to discuss.]
Not Killian. Got that. How did we get here? Because the little house-warming message wasn't very informative. Actually, it was pretty vague and ominous.
video.
[ And has by her point of view. This just proves it more - something is definitely different with his memories. Banner has been here for months and Stark is stuck elsewhere. Great ]
And I don't know. Banner mentioned that there wasn't much of a 'who' that had brought us here, that things were more mechanical. He's been here a lot longer than I have.
video. (I'm sorry)
I'll... have to get with him on that one. That's... wow. Okay. [He shakes his head, still looking disbelieving.] --Really? He's actually going to do something right and have me redesign them? [Yep, he's hung up on that.]
[Then he snaps his fingers and points at the screen.] Hill! Agent Hill, right? Yeah, the hot brunette.

audio i'm sorry for 9000 edits
What happened to you?
[ SORRY BUDDY, he's kind of had his own shit going on, and the question sounds dumb, but uh, considering he was just about to enter his apartment, it seems unlikely they were kidnapped by the very same people. Possible, but unlikely. ]
audio It's fine! Edits don't bother me, so no worries!
What? This? [He points at his handsome mug and shrugs as if it's nothing.] Stuff blew up. [Incredibly descriptive, Tony.] Then I was ambushed from behind and woke up here.
I didn't have my suit, so I get how they got me. But I'm curious, how does someone kidnap a Super Soldier?
[To be completely honest, he doesn't understand how anyone could just snatch Rogers, and he doubts the guy's here of his own volition. Unless he's here to rescue them, which he also doubts, because he just isn't giving off the "knight in shining red, white, and blue armour" vibe right now.]
audio | camps in your inbox then
Ambushed by Killian? [ Not a name he's terribly familiar with at this point, but his gut is to think Hydra? At the mention of kidnapping him, his lips press a little tighter together and he exhales. Yeah, he's not really sure either. ]
Your guess is probably better than mine. There aren't any drugs that would work on me fast enough to keep me down that long. [ That he knows of, anyway. ] But we'll find a way out. How many people do we have here?

And it's obvious he doesn't remember being here. So, there's that. ]
Hi, Tony. [ Fortunately for Bruce, keeping things inside is something of a hobby. ] The phones aren't the only things out of date around here. And you should see the exits. They don't even exist.
video
Banner. [There's a welcome greeting in his tone.]
No exits, huh? Makes escaping kind of difficult--how'd we get in here with no exits or entrances? Transporters? Not even a window? C'mon, give me something to work with here. [The exasperation isn't meant for Banner. He cocks his head to the side, changing his mindset to something more productive.]
How long've you been an unwilling guest in this sci-fi spinoff of Clue?
no subject
Some kind of transporter technology is my guess, but I haven't been able to pinpoint the tech. And the source is... a little emotional.
[ His smile fades now, though. The answer to this question isn't that exciting. ] Off and on, about five months. I never choose when I leave or when I come back.

Though, if they're looking to get cooperation from us, they haven't come out with what they want us to cooperate with. Whether that's a good or a bad thing depends on who you ask, I guess.
