[ Just like everybody else, Jet looks tired. Worn. But he doesn't make mention of it, and he doesn't want to think about anything that has happened the past few days, let alone talk about it. Still. Some things need to be addressed. So he comes on the communicators, a bandana pushing his hair back out of his face, with his eyepatch on for the comfort of his audience. ]

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Jet. If anybody needs it, I have some measure of medical experience, which I offer to everybody here. No questions asked.

[ And now he looks away for a moment - but he has to look at the communicator for this news. It'd be disrespectful not to. His expression goes flat. ] Also... as of last night, Party Poison is - [ A pause. Just do it bluntly. ] - is dead. I thought there may be some who would need to know.

[ A beat. ] Alright.

Whenever you'd like. Do you know which building it is?

[noblexcompanion]

Uh... actually, no. You better give me the number... don't want to walk into some folks' house...

[retrograding]

Building five. I'll be loitering in the kitchen, I'm sure.

[ audio ---> action ]

[noblexcompanion]

[ True to her word, she doesn't take long to arrive. She knocks once on the door before pushing it open. ]

Hello?

[action ]

[retrograding]

[ Somehow, Jet has managed to pull together some rubber gloves and cleaning supplies (bleach, mostly) and is waiting, like he'd said, in the kitchen. He glances in the direction of the door and calls, in a voice that's raised but still soft: ] In here. Come on in.

[ action ]

[noblexcompanion]

[ Donna heads in and makes her way to the kitchen, offering a sad smile. ]

You doing alright? [ Stupid question, really. ]

[retrograding]

Of course. [ Maybe! But he can smile back anyway. He's fine enough to do this. ] Be careful, it's... really a lot of blood. [ He offers her a pair of gloves. ] Thank you again.

[noblexcompanion]

I wish our meeting was under better circumstances, I must say. I told the silly prawn not to do anything stupid. I should've come over and kept an eye on him. Poor kid. [ She feels pretty guilty.

She accepts the gloves and slides them on, trying to mentally prepare herself for the bloodbath. ]

[retrograding]

I think everybody was a little preoccupied. [ Jet says, pulling on his own gloves. He leads her to the bathroom, and pauses, bracing himself before opening the door.

It's pretty bad. The blood is sticky and has been there for a while, and it'll probably be harder to get rid of. But it's fine, it's something to do, which means Jet is all for it. His hair is tied out of his face, he's wearing clothes he doesn't care about, and the bleach is strong.

He gets to work. ]

[ The stench of blood and the overpowering smell of bleach both churns her stomach and makes her eyes water. Still, she offered to help and that's exactly what she's going to do!

She starts to scrub at the sticky blood, trying to ignore the fact that it is in fact blood out of a person. ]
