[ The Hulk woke up outside his and Banner's place with this black thing strapped to his wrist, and he's pretty pissed. Not pissed enough that he's going to tear shit up, he's just angry because he doesn't remember getting here. He doesn't remember forcing his way out of Banner, and he can remember each and every time that happened -- until now. Except for this one.

When the feed switches on, it's because the Hulk's fingers are pulling at the thing, trying to yank it off; that's when he notices the screen doing something -- filming -- and so now the feed fills up with one enormous green eye. He pulls his wrist back and tilts his head. He knows what this thing is now. ]

What happened to Banner? Where's Tony?

[ He glances around him, and then narrows his eyes at the camera. ] This place is stupid.

[ You've just been served. ]

No argument there, buddy.

[Wallie could ask Hulk the same question. It's been a while since he's seen Bruce, and to have the Hulk just show up after an absence is... well, a surprise, but not an impossible one. At least he seems... calm, and conversational.]

I don't think I can answer either of your questions, unfortunately. I'd think you'd know what happened to Bruce better than a lot of people, actually. Are you all right?

[ Oh oh oh. Oh, hi. Jesse's excited (if... slightly pale and hungover) face fills the screen. ]

Ay - yeah, no, it is. You good, man? How's it going? [ He's very, very aware it's not Bruce, but. He's had a good time and a bad time with the Hulk, consecutively, and he wants to make it better, this time. No sparking, look! ]

[ He growls lowly. He hates that he even cares what happened to Stupidface Banner, but he feels like he's missing something, and he thinks Banner's at the heart of it. ]

Don't know about Banner. Don't remember. [ He sniffs and looks around him, but he doesn't see anything there that could help, either. ] Woke up out here.

[ He narrows his eyes; his response to kindness is suspicion until he has time to accept it. The question of whether or not he's fine is stupid, just like the rest of this place, so he ignores it and moves on to the problem. ]

Woke up out here. Don't know how.

[ He remembers Wheezy. Or maybe he's Sparky now. He gives a short sigh, not quite a growl. ]

Don't know. That's why I asked. [ About Banner, that is. ]

[rigging]

Oh. [ He rubs at the back of his neck. ] I ain't... seen Banner. [ He sniffs. ] Or Tony. All three'a you been gone.

[ Someone, at least, is thrilled to see that the Hulk is back. In one sense he is happy because that means Bruce is also back, which is good, because Ned likes Bruce, and he's sure it will help cheer Jesse up a little. But he's also just glad to see the Hulk, for the Hulk's sake. It is a little unreasonable, he knows, worrying about someone who did could kill him while barely lifting a finger, but that's just how his brain works ]

I don't know what happened or where Tony is. Sorry. [ And then, with obvious solicitude and worry ] Are you alright?

[reluctantsword]

He -- and you too, I guess -- you've been missing for a little while. I haven't seen Tony, either.

[He offers a sympathetic grimace, though what that's worth to the Hulk, he's not sure he can say.]

Not that I don't think you can handle yourself, but can I help you at all?

[ He starts frowning when Tattoo Face says Tony's missing, and he doesn't let up. ]

Tin Man's gone? [ He bites his lip as he looks around him again; maybe Tony's laying around somewhere and he missed it? ] When's he coming back?

[greenisnteasy]

[ He appreciates that Sparky says there are three of them, but there's nothing else that he likes in that message. ]

Gone? Gone where? [ Realization dawns and he grits his teeth. ] White coats again?

[greenisnteasy]

[ Oh, hey. It's the Flower Man. Even his nice face and nice everything doesn't make the news that Tony's gone any better though. He's found out already, but it's still distressing. ]

Don't remember what happened. [ He's really unsettled by that. He doesn't have good feelings. ]

Woke up out here, don't know what happened to Banner. [ His lip curls. ] Other than white coats.

[reluctantsword]

[Wallie shakes his head.]

I don't know. I wouldn't mind seeing him, too.

[greenisnteasy]

[ He snarls again, and it gets louder until he slams his fist against the ground. He has other friends here, good friends, like Tattoo Face, but Tony is something else. The Hulk may not know what happened to Banner, but he knows the worry he feels now isn't all his. ]

How long?

[bostonhowler]

You were gone for a while. I don't know where you went. Or where Dr. Banner went. I couldn't find either of you.

[She did look, a little. But she's wary about saying she couldn't smell them anymore.]

Would you like some company?

Hello again. [ Being on video is much safer so he'll just attempt to talk to the Hulk without getting crushed. ]

Please tell me you're not about to crush the library.

We - we dunno. I dunno. Probably the scientists, yeah, or - [ Well, he doesn't really want to say home, because he feels like that will make the Hulk angry. So he shifts, awkwardly. ] Probably white coats. He'll be okay, yeah?

D'you - I can help you look, maybe?

[reluctantsword]

Three, four days, I think. You and Tony.

[Or 'You, Bruce, and Tony.' Whichever.]

[ That's not really an answer to his question, Hulk. Which means Ned is just going have to assume a resounding no, no he isn't alright. But then, he wouldn't be alright either, if he couldn't remember what had happened to him but he knew that the scientists had taken him and done god knows what ]

White coats have been happening to a lot of people, lately. [And why yes, that does kind of scare the crap out of Ned, because he knows it's only a matter of time until it's his turn, and he isn't sure he's going to be able to cope the way everyone else seems to ]

[ Well, he can't say he thought he'd be relieved to see the Hulk again. Galen blows out a breath before answering. ]

I haven't seen either of them in -- a few days, actually. You alright, big guy?

[burnburnburn]

[Dilandau's impressed by the Hulk's size]

You're a big man, aren't you? Do you know how to use those muscles?

[greenisnteasy]

[ The crap? He makes a face and tries to puzzle that one out. They took Banner and that makes sense because he's weak and annoying, but when did he get here? Why doesn't he remember fighting his way out? ]

Doesn't make sense. [ Unless... He looks almost hopeful. ] Was there a fight? Like the first time?

[greenisnteasy]

[ This again? He wasn't in the mood the first time, but she hadn't been so bad, he guesses. He sniffs and grumbles. ]

Do you want company? [ Not the greatest comeback, but it's half comeback, half answer. The Hulk isn't good at this stuff. ]

[greenisnteasy]

[ He looks into the forest, and then he stands up, the feed shaking and wobbling with his movements, until it settles again, upside down. Then he remembers he was talking to someone and brings it back up to show his chin. ]

Can't get there from here. Tried. [ Though it's tempting to want to try again, to tear into the forest, but mostly he... he's kind of tired. He lifts his head, squinting up at the sky, and then points. ]

First time, they dropped Hulk from up there.
