the Doctor | 006 | Day 87 | Video
[Well hello! Have a Doctor sitting back in a chair, leaning on the back legs with worn converse on the table propping him back.]
Has it ever occurred you lot have strange dreams? One with crystal castles and blurred figures roaming about? I'm all for symbolism, but I think I've worn my welcome on that front. Dreams aren't my specialty.
[There's a sharp inhale as he looks away briefly, rubbing at a closed eyelid.]
I don't suppose there's a policy of how to return and offer an apology, is there? How about, let's not form a queue outside my door and try to set up an inquisition. I'd much rather share this over a cuppa.
Right then, has anyone seen Sharon?
[Her room looked lived-in, but there weren't any signs of her being around the house. And yet there was an unfamiliar feeling coming from the other spare room, but no one was there during his initial investigation. This was enough to flare up one of his lingering headaches, a hold-over he wasn't quite able to shake off from stabilizing his broken mind. But that will be dealt with later.]

Granted some cultures do allow you to pick, which is a bit sadistic I suppose, then yes... Terrible customer service! Be assured I'll insist upon going elsewhere next time.

[...gabriel that is not how torture works outside of monty python okay]
See if they have any rivals. Book your next trip with them instead and send the first lot a letter just to spite 'em.

[Right, they were mature, weren't they?]
But you're ok, yeah? All in one piece?

But this makes our situation a little more daunting.

[By which he means that none of his siblings were. Priorities, he has them.]
You mean in terms of escape? Speaking as an immortal - well, it isn't so bad here. Kinda tempting to just wait 'em out.

[The Doctor is curious. He only knows Gabriel for being a troll, not for having, you know, independent constructive thoughts.]

[Of course he wouldn't take this seriously. Why did the Doctor doubt that?]
