I know that this sounds odd. [ And isn't really a question that people generally ask. Also what isn't odd, around here? It's her justification ] But with what's been happening I'd like to know.

[ There's a pause. It's a touchy subject, obviously, and she's not even sure where the conversations might go ]

I want to know about your experience with death. [ She's going to try and go slow on this. As slow as Lydia Martin wanting to know something can. But things are pretty messed up. She feels pretty messed up. And she'll even tell her reasons for asking if she's asked ]

Not just if you know someone has died but... if you've seen it. [ A two second pause ] Or nearly died.

It's happened here, and could have happened a lot more. [ If Dirk hadn't put out that useful message. People were still taken but at least they were warned ]

But- Can people come back? [ It might sound crazy, but it's happened before. It happened to Jackson - twice, although that was a supernatural thing. But it leaves the possibility, right? ]

Do you know someone that has? Personally?

[ That might have been a little too personal, and she knows it once it's said. There's a definite boundary with these questions but it's difficult in holding back from crossing it when you want to know something ]

[ He's not sure that he should talk about Sam and Dean, but his experiences are his own. ]

How did you stop being dead?

I believe that God brought me back, at least the first two times. Beyond that, I'm... unsure.

[ He wants to believe it was God, but at the same time, that thought brings back the question of whether it's a reward... or a punishment. ]

Maybe Death? [ Yeah, she's been talking to another angel. Not that she knows they'd know each other ]

Could he bring someone back here?

I believe he could. I haven't seen him do it, but I've seen him perform similar actions.

I suspect that there are factors to it beyond that, but I would assume that Death could come here if he desired to. I don't think he could be trapped the way we've been.

Then at least we've got one option for escape. If he ever helps.
