Sorry to inundate you all with messages, but I just wanted everyone to know that I've asked Logan to participate in an experiment. I would appreciate it if no one would contact him until the experiment is completed. Wade, if you manage not to do contact him, I'll make it worth your while.

I suppose this experiment has something to do with a way out? [There's a flicker of worry before she takes to twirling her perfectly-styled hair around her fingers and tilting her head] I mean, I'm just guessing. Whatever. I'm probably wrong.

[Sharon's lips twist into a grin. The girl pays attention. That was good. And the bitchiness, sarcasm... Sharon doesn't mind it so much when it comes from intelli- Really? Toying with her hair? Maybe paying attention didn't mean intelligence. But Sharon and Natasha had used that move themselves from time to time.]

We're testing some things we've found here on him. He has the best chance of survival of anyone I know, so if something is some sort of biochemical weapon they mean to use on us, he'll help us find it without anyone else getting hurt.

Wood and nails can be easily obtained from any of these poor excuses for housing. It's just common sense... right?

It can't be too difficult and I'd imagine navigation would be easy by following constellations. [FUCK. The urge to be right and her confidence is overriding her natural ability to blend in as a ditsy schoolgirl.]

Just find someone who's good at astrology.

And if you could drop the act, I'd appreciate it. We don't have time for whatever insecurities. We have other things to do.

[She still isn't entirely sure it's an act. She has... evidence, but no proof, so telling Lydia to drop the act is something of a gamble. Still, they really don't have time for Lydia to bullshit her.]

This is a public feed, Agent Carter. I haven't even begun to establish my social standing. We have no idea how long we're going to be here, and--

I know quite a few. You'd be surprised how effective astronomy is at killing boredom. However, I'm much more familiar with chemistry, Latin, Archaic Latin, French, biology, astrophysics, and, of course, mathematics.

I know you can. I'm trying to get more ideas for how. Eighteen means school. What classes are you taking?

[Eighteen means Sharon isn't going to put her anywhere near the front line if anything happens. She should probably get some self-defense lessons together for people. No telling when or how it might come in handy. And get the SHIELD people together for sparring. They were both familiar and yet strange to one another, but they'd have to work as a cohesive unit... So much to do, damn it.]
