[When the video comes on, Bruce looks down into the feed, then away again, pressing his lips together before he's back, strength renewed.]

My memory of the last few days isn't... so good, but I'm pretty sure that I, ah... may have attacked some of you.

[He's still sore where someone burned him, and though he remembers the pain and the heat, he has no recollection of who was hurting him. No face other than that of what must've been a hallucination because that -- he -- he's dead.

And anyway his hands weren't made of fire.]

I'd like to apologize for that. I'm not really a violent person... when I'm not on crazy hallucinogens. No LSD for me, I guess.

[He smiles weakly and then nods at the communicator.]

If any of you need medical attention, I'm back up to speed and will be in the clinic not having split-personality-esque arguments with myself. Sherlock and I will look into -- uh, not that I've asked him since we regained our sanity. Well, anyone want to help look into what these drugs were? Crazy!Sherlock and myself tossed around the idea of taking some blood samples. If you have more ideas or want to help out, that'd be great.

I'm fine, thanks. I'm guessing this means that I... [God, she's a girl. Not that he's that sexist or anything, but the idea of attacking women leaves him feeling sick to his stomach because that? That is no better than his father.

[That draws a laugh out of him.] That is one backwards, painfully optimistic way of looking at it. Do you feel stronger now?

The crazy didn't get to me and I'm pretty sure why. So, I guess, for the greater good and all that bullshit I can give you something to at least compare to. A clean sample. [Shrug.]

I can offer up some blood if y'want. [ Jesse's reply is coming from a dark room, face half smushed against a pillow, hair a mess - he's obviously been sleeping for a while, and his voice is gravelly because of it. ]

Oh, of course not. They're never mandatory. Especially not here when I'm pretty sure we were all dosed with the same stuff.

[Then he stops in his spiel, eyes her, and switches the feed to PRIVATE.]

[For a long few seconds, Bruce stares at his communicator, open-mouthed, and then he shakes his head.]

[His eyes widen at the end, and then he nods.]

Yeah, the bright side is definitely that there wasn't a worse. [He still has no clue he attacked her, but he would really like it if he stopped being a complete mess around her in terms of keeping everything together.]
