[The video stills as Annie peers at the device on her wrist.]

Is this an Inspector Space Time thing? Remember what I said about warning me when we were pretending outside of the Dreamatorium? I need advance notice. I have a test, I can't... [She rolls her eyes, realizing that if they've gone to this much trouble, it's inescapable.]

[She sighs, pursing her lips before taking a deep breath and talking animatedly, her eyes wide.]

Oi, Goven'r, this is Constable Geneva on Cape Kore requiring immediate extraction. Blimey, there are blorgons everywhere! [She glances around, her face falling momentarily.] And a test worth 25% of my grade on the morn! Hurry, Inspector! Constable Reggie!

[She pauses, furrowing her brow.] Anyone?

I'm not actually a constable. Sorry.

[She's not so sure about the danger part. She readjusts her backpack.]

If you could just tell me where the police station is? That would help a lot.

I'm afraid we don't have a police station, nor any organised law enforcement.

[Which is perhaps unfortunate, but there's not much to be done about that right now.]

[She opens her mouth to speak, but only a small squeak comes out before she shuts it. How could there be no organized law enforcement? Society needed authority and order and a place for lost girls to get some comfort and familiarity in both.

Here come the Disney eyes. To be fair, they're not intentional.]

So, basically this place is just full of lost people and chaos?

That seems to be an accurate summation, yes. Fortunately, the situation has, so far, managed to remain fairly civil.

Am I right in understanding that these 'blorgons' are a fabrication?

[She gives him a small smile and a nod. She actually feels pretty silly about that now.]

Yes. They're from a television show. I'm not entirely sure what they're story is, but I know they are the enemy of Inspector Space Time and are very dangerous... to space and time.

[She gives a little shrug.]

So... that's why I was overacting.

I see. I do understand that arriving here can be disorienting and perhaps frightening, so your reaction is, I believe, understandable. I'm relieved to hear that they're not an actual threat to you.
