Oh, uh...
[Hello, Kore. Amidst the influx of new arrivals is Chuck. He's got short, curly brown hair and a beard. He also looks incredibly baffled as he squints down at the communicator on his wrist. He's outside, and his free hand is shielding his eyes from the sun. He doesn't appear to be someone who's used to being outside very often. Or like, at all.
He seems to be surprised that he's gotten the communicator working. He also seems confused as to who, exactly, he's talking to. But that doesn't stop him from stuttering on anyways.]
Sorry, I--I'm not exactly sure I know exactly were I am? Well, I mean... Cape Kore, obviously, but, uh... I mean, I was just in Ohio.
[He's smart enough that he knows that wherever Cape Kore is, it's certainly not in Ohio. He looks a little lost and confused for a second before a thought occurs to him.]
Was it---is this the angels? They did this, didn't they? They're the only ones who could do this, right? [And yet, even that didn't add up because,] I thought the Apocalypse was over!
[Chuck drags a hand down his face. He's not a Winchester. This isn't a life he's suited for. He's just a writer.]

It's not the angels. Don't worry! I mean, St. Raphael and St. Lucifer are here, and St. Raphael said he had other brothers here, but they're the only two I know of.
[She bites her lip.]
We've been kidnapped, but the Choir isn't at fault.
Archangels? Are you... [He lets out a breath in disbelief.] Are you saying that I've been kidnapped with the archangel Raphael and the Devil?
[There is no way this is his life.]

And no, it wasn't the feathery bag of dicks. Or if it was they screwed up royally and trapped themselves here too.
... Unless this is Heaven. Uh. Hadn't thought of that one. Ugh. I feel all clean and dirty all at once now. Nope. Totally not Heaven. Or Hell. Just... stuck.
Enjoy.

But he knows who she is. He's seen her, in his visions. She's Meg. And he knows exactly what she's capable of. Therefore, it's not a surprise when he goes a shade paler when she shows up on his wrist communicator.
He flinches when she tells him to shut up, despite her not even being near.]
Uh... thank you? [He says it slowly and unsure. He's not even sure what he's thanking her for.]

video, private 1/2 + tl;dr. My feels escaped from me, sorry!
And he's glad. He saw Gabriel die--felt Gabriel die. And, believe it or not, it had pained him. Greatly. It pains him when all of his children die, of course, but Gabriel, the first of the archangels to fall, his death had been sudden and painful. He sincerely wishes that things could have been different and that Gabriel could have lived.
Still, he was incredibly proud of Gabriel. Archangels are stubborn. Incredibly stubborn. A lot more stubborn than he had intended them to be. Getting them to want to change their mind about anything, let alone the Apocalypse, had been a process thousands of years in the making. And, now that it was over, he still hadn't succeeded.
But Gabriel. He had lived among the humans. He experienced first hand how humans are. Who they could be, who they choose to be, who they choose not to be, the good, the bad, and everything in between. He got to see their potential in a way not many other angels had. And sure, he had adopted the Trickster persona as a cover but, in the end, he had made the right choice. He defended them. He picked a side, he stood up to Lucifer and died for all of humanity.
Out of all the archangels, Gabriel had understood. And he was proud of him. So, while he wasn't pleased about being brought to Kore against his will, he is pleased that Gabriel is here, alive and well.]
video, private 2/2
So instead, his eyes widen as the Trickster slash archangel appears on his wrist communicator. He had heard that Lucifer and Raphael were here, but Gabriel? Well, he's not entirely sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing yet.]
Uh, a lot, I guess? I--I'm a prophet.
[The prophet Chuck. Yes sir, that's him.]

There're a lot of things it could have been, but I'm pretty certain it had nothing to do with angels.

[ He may not count himself as part of the Host anymore, but he still finds it distasteful that automatically it's angels who get the blame for this. ]

And it's obvious that Chuck knows who he's talking to. His eyes widen and he pales because shit. The Devil has been kidnapped to this Kore place and now his face is on a communicator that is strapped to his wrist.
He's going to die, isn't he? He's actually going to die.]
Well I-I-I... [Get a hold of yourself, Chuck! He clears his throat.] I mean... who--who else could be... you know, responsible...?
[It's not a statement. It is most definitely a question.]

I'm sure someone has told you by now, but it wasn't the angels. We're trapped too.
[ She tries for a smile, but it's distracted and not all there. ]
Are you alright? Do you need any help at all?
He was quite fond of her as well. Sure, she might be a bit extreme--not only ripping out her grace, but going back in time in an attempt to avert the Apocalypse by killing the Winchester's parents--but he honestly can't fault her for her good intentions.
And that, doubled with the first that she's the first person to ask if he's actually alright, earns her the first real smile he's given since arriving in Kore.]
Yeah, no, I, [His lips quirk up in a short, small smile.] I got the memo.
[He received it loud when two archangels started speaking with him. But, seeing as that was all they did, he nods.]
Yeah, I'm fine. I mean. [He gives a half shrug. This can't possibly be his life but apparently it is.] I'm still not sure how I got here, and I guess I need some place to live, but I'm not... injured?

Actually, I've heard it might be aliens! Which is obviously much more interesting than angels. Angels are boring.
[He sobers a little.] I've just arrived, too, and I'm afraid I'm only slightly better informed. I would recommend you go on and seek shelter, though, and work things out from there.
Video
But an angel talking about aliens is a new one, and he looks slightly baffled.]
Aliens? I... didn't think they actually existed.
[But yeah. It seems like he's actually stuck here. And getting a place to live would be the next logical step.]
Yeah, I'm about to go looking. I mean, I guess we're stuck here, right?

[ Last Castiel knew, Chuck had to be dead if Kevin was the prophet, so it's certainly a surprise, though it would have been a bigger one if there hadn't been others first. ]
You didn't see this place?
[ It might be a joke or it might just be an honest question. ]
[ Video - Private ]
[Oh good. He was beginning to think that everyone he knew in this world were only angels and demons that he'd seen in his visions. He's sincerely glad that Castiel is here--it makes him feel a little better about Lucifer being here as well.]
What? No. [He shakes his head.] No, I didn't see this. The last thing I saw was... Sam jumping into the Cage.

ARCHANGEL. Not six feet from you. Appearing in his fine suit with telltale wingbeats and Raphael's signature - flashy - faint thunderclaps - looking cool, calm, and collected.
At least he gave you fifteen minutes after this post to breathe? Because he felt it as soon as Chuck showed up.]
Hello Chuck.
I WAS WAITING FOR THIS TO HAPPEN.
He knew Raphael was here. Not only had he felt Raphael's presence when he'd shown up, but that fact had been confirmed when Brigid had told him that "Saint Raphael" was here. Not that that stops him from jumping and flinching when Raphael appears just out of arm's reach.]
Oh, uh... [Words. How does he words? An archangel just appeared out of nowhere and knows his name. How does he deal with this?] You're... You're Raphael, right?
[You are very frightening. You scare him..]

Not angels, though the Apocalypse is over, depending on who you ask. [ He holds up his fingers as he counts. ] Me, Cas, Raphael, Meg, um... Balthazar... yeah, it's over for us. Lucifer... [ He makes a face. ] Not so much for him.

[Castiel told him Dean was here, but actually speaking to Dean was a whole other level of relief. There are so many angels and archangels and demons here that he wasn't entirely sure what he was supposed to think. He feels safer, knowing that Dean's here.]
Yeah, I--I got that much. The last thing I saw was... Sam jumping into the Cage. [So, as far as he knows as well, the Apocalypse is over. But he's at least glad that the Apocalypse had stayed over.
He recalls Balthazar's warning of "spoilers", and can't help but ask:] Does, uh... Does Lucifer know the world doesn't end?
